clinton furious at obama

Sparks flew in the accusations that Senator Clinton made towards here presidential democratic rival in concerns to mailers to voters the Senator sent out about positions on health care and NAFTA. Senator Clinton added a nice and tidy, "Shame on you, Barack Obama," at the end of her comments. While making her comments she had two of Obama's campaign mailers in her hand and said, "enough with the speeches and big rallies and then using tactics that are right out of Karl Rove's playbook." (which was an unfortunate slam against the former advisor to President Bush.)

Senator Obama however defended his mailings, stating that they were in fact accurate to Senator Clinton's posititions on NAFTA, stating that she supported the trade agreement while her husband was in office. He continued to state that "you can't be for something and take credit for an administration... and tehn when you run for president say that you didn't really mean what you said way back then. It doesn't work that like that."

The statement could have been with some bitterness as the Clinton campaign has done much to criticize Senator Obama's lack of experience in federal politics, while most of Senator Clinton's experience is riding upon the eight years she spent as first lady alongside her husband in the White House.
